Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and grounds keeping

Qualifications

Experience: Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, or service industries.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
