Job Description

• Manage multiple locations independently, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, up to 50% of the time
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and exterior groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries preferred.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
