Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and promote packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure readiness
• Manage cash drawers and bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service industries.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
