Job Description

• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability
• Handle cash audits and deposits as part of daily operations
• Assist customers with payments, including reminder and collection calls

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
