Job summary

Fix-It 24/7 is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, qualify customer needs, and schedule services. You will use Service Titan to enter data, schedule appointments, and coordinate dispatch while delivering a high level of customer care.

A team-oriented atmosphere supports ongoing career growth and teamwork. The role offers a standard schedule with on-call shifts and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into Service Titan (CRM).
• Schedule appointments.
• Sell memberships.
• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule jobs.
• Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs.
