Job summary

Fix-It 24/7 in the Charleston metro area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, enter data into ServiceTitan, and schedule appointments.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $18-20, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 2-week PTO, and six paid holidays plus a birthday PTO day. On-call shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into ServiceTitan (CRM).
• Schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule jobs.
• Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs.
