Handyman Connection is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the heart of our business. You will handle calls, schedule jobs, and support Craftsmen in the field in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will manage customer relationships, track data, and work with our office team to meet monthly goals. This role offers growth opportunities and a team-driven culture at our Des Plaines location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules accurately.
• Experience with customer service or office administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with home repairs or remodeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls, questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with customers and craftsmen.
• Outbound calls to follow up on estimates and booked jobs.
• Track and maintain scheduling data using Jobber or similar software.
• Handle customer service requests professionally to maintain relationships.
• Support craftsmen and office team by communicating job details.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
