Nader's Pest Raiders in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide service support and administration for our service center customers. This full-time position offers an hourly wage based on experience and a robust benefits package.

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, assist with scheduling service, collect payments, and update files. Join a family-oriented team with strong values and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and other channels.
• Schedule service, collect payments, and update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Maintain a team-oriented service center environment to meet monthly goals.
