Atlantic Plywood Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities include handling shipping communications, invoices, back orders, and daily/weekly reporting. The role requires fast-paced efficiency, teamwork, and proficient use of Microsoft Office in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Enter sales orders received via phone, email, or sales rep.
• Communicate with customers through various channels regarding shipping, invoices and back orders.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Run a variety of daily and weekly reports.
• Handle large volumes of inbound calls and orders.
• Assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers.
