Job summary

Mister “P” Express is a truckload contract carrier serving 48 states and Canada. We seek an organized administrator to provide outstanding customer service, handle inquiries, update information on websites and internal platforms, and keep electronic files accurate.

The role emphasizes data entry, daily office operations, and teamwork to ensure timely, precise service. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with training offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure documents are accurate and easily accessible.
• Support daily office operations through data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
