Job summary

Best Buy’s Pacific Sales Customer Service Specialist handles fast, friendly processing of customer transactions, including new orders, returns, exchanges, and deliveries, while keeping the sales floor supported with follow-up tasks and stock checks.

You will assist Inventory processes, prepare shipping invoices, reconcile reports, and help maintain an organized Customer Service work center; success hinges on accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions such as new orders, returns, exchanges, releases, etc. promptly and accurately.
• Follow the sales steps to offer a complete solution (Accessories and General Service Contracts).
• Support Sales Specialists through customer follow-up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders, and stock checks.
