• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
• Building sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers
• Responsible to run variety of daily and weekly reports
• Manage large volume of inbound call and orders
• Will assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to both internal and external customers through various activities.
