Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or related fields is beneficial.
• Proven ability to engage customers and upsell relevant upgrades.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Identify renters’ needs and recommend relevant upgrades and services to drive sales.
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations running smoothly and enhance guest experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to learn, grow, and make an impact.
