Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quote prices to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Grow and retain customers – answer calls and book estimates and cleans for clients.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, professional manner and build connections.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – maintain personal follow-up.
• Promote our culture and team – contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Manage customer satisfaction by addressing needs, providing solutions, and following up.

Pay & Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $20.25 per hour with the ability to make up to $1,000.00 per week, paid weekly.
• Pay range: $20.25 - $25, dependent on experience.
