Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented house cleaners to service client homes in the Dallas area. You will follow our cleaning standards, use provided supplies, and deliver friendly, professional service while earning tips.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Training is provided, a company car is supplied, and a performance bonus is offered. Paid holidays after 90 days and PTO after 1 year are included.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
• Have a valid US driver’s license

Benefits And Pay

Earn $12.50 to $22.00 an hour depending on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

• Direct Deposit, Paid holidays, eligible after 90 days of onboarding.
• Paid time off, up to 5 days after 1st year.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving the team to the customer homes and to arrive on time to the appointments, interact with customers as needed.
