Job summary

Molly Maid of North Albany and Saratoga seeks a Customer Service & Sales Representative. You will join as a key team member, handling warm leads, quoting prices, and scheduling cleans. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive, fast-moving environment.

This role offers a guaranteed wage with the potential to earn more through incentives; a company car is provided during the workday. No nights, weekends, or holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services — meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Grow and retain customers — answer calls and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner — build connections.
• Close open estimates/sales — maintain personal relationships from the start.
• Promote culture and teamwork — energize the team with a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction — resolve concerns and provide solutions; follow up.

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $25 and is dependent on your experience.

• Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked full-time

• Grow and retain customers — Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner — Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales — We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
• Promote our culture and team — Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team.
• Customer Satisfaction — Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
