Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring an Estimator in Lawrence, MA. You’ll price quotes for cleaning services, meet with warm leads at home or over the phone, and guide customers through the sales process with friendly, professional communication.

Full‑time position with no nights or weekends. Earn a guaranteed $20–$25 per hour plus bonuses up to $10,000 annually. Training, proven sales process, warm leads, company car, and opportunities to advance within the company are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements to be considered include legal work authorization in the United States.
• Background check is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, based on experience, plus bonuses dependent on your ability to WOW delight customers with your professionalism, ability to connect, mastery of our sales process and ability to convert warm leads to sales.

As an estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
• Support operations – Your in depth knowledge of customers is valuable to maintaining customer satisfaction.
