Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.
• Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Licensing: WE COVER THE COST and assist you through this process. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first 60 days of hire.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.
