Job summary

Ibex Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative to engage customers, educate them on satellite internet options, and close sales while delivering excellent service. You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team and receive paid training to build product knowledge from day one.

The role is in-person at Monroeville, PA with an early shift and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO. We value energy, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet.
• Assist with activating equipment, password resets, and service plan management.
• Process service orders and negotiate when needed.
• Create positive customer experiences through empathy and problem solving.
• Explain product benefits, installation details, and service availability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversions, and quality metrics.
• Accurately update orders and customer information, documenting interactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to improve product knowledge.

Position Summary

As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines helping customers combining top-tier customer service while engaging prospective customers through inbound interactions to promote satellite internet services. You will educate customers on product features, uncover their connectivity issues, recommend tailored plans and hardware options, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Conduct inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet
• Provide support with activating equipment, password resets, service plan management and general information inquires.
• Complete service order request and negotiate when needed.
• Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and a commitment to understanding and resolving customer concerns.
• Clearly explain product benefits, including speed, reliability, installation details, and service availability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics.
• Accurately process orders, update customer information, and document interactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to continuously improve product knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required. We will train you!

Shift availability:

• Early morning shift 5:30am - 2:00pm EST to include both Saturday & Sunday
