Ibex Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join a fast-paced team delivering satellite internet services. You will educate customers, promote plans, resolve issues, and help close sales while ensuring a top-notch experience.

This role offers paid training, in-person collaboration at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Monroeville, PA, and opportunities for growth within a global BPO leader. Shift includes early morning hours and weekend coverage.

Qualificações

This innovative technology connects customers in rural, suburban, and underserved areas where traditional broadband solutions fail to reach. Position Summary

As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines helping customers combining top-tier customer service while engaging prospective customers through inbound interactions to promote satellite internet services. You will educate customers on product features, uncover their connectivity issues, recommend tailored plans and hardware options, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Conduct inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet
• Provide support with activating equipment, password resets, service plan management and general information inquires.

• Clearly explain product benefits, including speed, reliability, installation details, and service availability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical information to everyday customers.
• Goal driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
• Comfortable using computers, multiple systems, and communication tools.
• Flexibility to work various shifts depending on program needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Shift availability:

• Early morning shift 5:30am - 2:00pm EST to include both Saturday & Sunday
