Job summary

Astura Medical is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the main liaison between sales and operations in Irving, TX. This role manages the full lifecycle of the sales process, from onboarding and approval to the completion of sales transactions.

The environment is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask across departments like shipping, purchasing, and operations. The position reports to the office daily with no remote or hybrid options at this time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a creative problem solver and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with onboarding, order processing, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Administer distributor and sales onboarding, including preparation/distribution of documents.
• Process and communicate sales orders and inventory requests.
• Manage outstanding purchase orders.
• Process requests for product, literature, shipping labels, tracking, data.
• Coordinate transfer and delivery of inventory.
• Handle returns and field inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure systems data accuracy.
• Be available to work overtime when needed.
