Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive Customer Service in the CPG industry.
• Ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Leadership and oversight of customer service and sales operations systems (SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers, brokers, sales personnel, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting and brokers.
• Oversee Order Processing team to ensure accurate orders.
• Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting.
• Improve customer service and order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate pricing adjustments and billing issues with AR.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and account data in SAP.
• Manage Salesforce administration for customer and account records.
• Maintain current customer files and required documentation.
• Qualify leads from prospects and route to Business Manager.
• Prepare monthly reports for Business Managers and brokers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cross-functional coordination.
