• Process orders and maintain order data, run reports, manage backlog, and provide branch administrative support.
• Collaborate with inside sales to build relationships with customers and suppliers to support sales growth.
• Learn Heilind CRM system and order entry workflows; complete training modules within timelines.
• Aim for 95%+ on-time delivery by coordinating with Sales and Customers.
