Customer Service Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves processing customer orders, answering emails and phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service. All with a positive, welcoming, and professional attitude!

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Proficiency with data entry, basic math calculations, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, order management systems).
• Comfortable working in a showroom environment and providing product information to walk-in customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in customer service, order entry, showroom sales and social media experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Pay Rate:

$20.00-22 an hour depending on experience.

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
