Responsibilities

Order Processing: accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
Customer Support: respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits.
Showroom Assistance: greet customers and provide product information to ensure a positive experience.
Documentation: maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and inventory.
