Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brand is hiring a Full Time Return Agent at The Austin Bergman International Airport in Austin, TX. The role involves greeting customers, processing returns, calculating charges, and guiding customers to the terminal, with a focus on accuracy and courteous service.

The starting pay is $16 per hour, with a guaranteed $400 monthly weekend bonus when working both Saturday and Sunday, plus opportunities for additional bonuses based on sales and customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services or administrative support.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles with a unit number, date, time, and log them into lost and found.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicles for damage on arrival and direct customers to complete damage/loss report.
• Determine if the vehicle is returned with a full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify vehicles on system hold and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding or maintenance and move to proper lot location.
• Maintain a organized lot for easy access and traffic flow.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Return Agent. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

The starting pay for this position is $16 / hour. When working both Saturday and Sunday there is a guaranteed weekend shift bonus of $400 per month pending attendance. There is also an opportunity to gain sales and customer service bonuses on top of your hourly pay rate.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found

• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
