Job summary

Kenwood Dealer Group in Mason, OH is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly first contact for customers across 16 dealership locations. You will answer calls, direct inquiries, and help create a positive, professional experience for every caller.

We train without experience; must be 18+ and able to pass a background check. The role offers a team-oriented environment with PTO, holidays, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Monday-Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM & Saturday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
