Cross Sound Ferry’s New London Terminal could be a fantastic fit for you! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to come join our team! We operate a busy terminal, where we assist our customers going to Long Island, Block Island, or aboard our Lighthouse Cruises. Our outside yard staff focus on checking customers in and providing direction while our ticket agents primarily work inside handling cash and resolving customer-related issues.
We are looking for candidates that have positive attitudes, good communication skills, and are willing to learn. While it can be tough working outside in different weather conditions, it can also be rewarding! We have full and part-time positions available both inside and outside.
