State Farm Agent Eric Blondin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries, and support policyholders in Delaware. You will coordinate with agency teammates, manage policy changes, and assist with claims while building community trust and advancing your career in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options
