About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Valdosta State University, a lifelong resident of the Middle Georgia area, married with two children, and enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and baseball.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Ryan Mosley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
