State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer‑focused, and capable of managing phones, scheduling, and records while engaging with prospects about insurance options.

Based in Pearland, TX, our agency offers a friendly, growth‑oriented environment, with a regular schedule and opportunities for advancement. The team values dependable, coachable individuals who enjoy connecting with people and taking initiative.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a close‑knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 15 years as a home builder, and I’ve also served as an active law enforcement officer for 20 years. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and am a married father of two. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, long‑distance and clay shooting, and occasionally getting out on the golf course.

Austin State University and am a married father of two. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, long‑distance and clay shooting, and occasionally getting out on the golf course. Our agency offers paid time off, paid holidays, and licensing costs paid up front. We also prioritize work‑life balance with a 35‑hour workweek. Our regular schedule is 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with a one‑hour lunch each day. Our office is laid‑back, close‑knit, and fun. We genuinely get along with one another, communicate well, and believe enjoying the people you work with makes a difference. At the same time, we value accountability and expect everyone to take ownership of their responsibilities. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, loyal, coachable, and interested in finding a place where they can stay and grow long‑term. • We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
