As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Sallee - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation : $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
