Chad Lucas Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ottawa, IL to deliver exceptional service and support our community with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.

You will engage with clients to identify needs, discuss options like life insurance and disability coverage, and maintain precise records of interactions. Growth opportunities exist for driven, sales-minded team members within a high-performing agency.
