About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and as a third-generation agent, insurance has always been a part of my life. I graduated from Rutgers University and enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Frank Petronella – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
