Ethan Samueloff - State Farm Agent is seeking a Service role team member to support clients with policy and account needs and provide exceptional customer service in a collaborative office setting.

You will greet clients in person or remotely, handle policy and billing questions, and assist with coverage changes while following State Farm procedures. Growth through training and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, empathetic communication style.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when handling information and documentation.
• Comfortable learning insurance-related products, systems, and processes.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Prior customer service and/or office support experience is a plus (insurance experience is beneficial but not required).

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and pivot on service conversations to create sales opportunities.
