Job summary

A local insurance agency in Erie, PA is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented. This role requires obtaining necessary insurance licenses. The compensation range is $50,000 - $75,000 annually plus commission.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation

Salary plus commission/bonus. Compensation range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
