Jayden Sherrard - State Farm Agent seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, answer policy questions, process changes, and assist with claims. You will support agency operations, coordinate with teammates, and help community members with its insurance needs.

About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I managed an optical eye care store, where I developed a passion for customer service, leadership, and helping people through important decisions.

I graduated from University of North Dakota and enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dog. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or enjoying just about anything sports-related.
