Our agency opened in December 2006 and is a small, close-knit team of three who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Account Manager with AT&T, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving.
