You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and providing accurate and friendly service related to insurance products. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be dedicated to customer service.

This position offers hourly pay plus commissions, health benefits, a hiring bonus, and growth opportunities within the agency.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
