Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Florida is seeking a customer service-minded team member to assist shoppers and resolve post-purchase needs. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend shifts, in a calm, supportive environment.

You’ll use our dashboard to keep work organized while coordinating with showrooms, the distribution center, repairs, and vendors. The ideal candidate conveys warmth, clarity in written and spoken communication, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver helpful, thankful, and meaningful communication that resolves guest needs after they receive their purchase
• Coordinate with showrooms, the distribution center, the repair team, and vendors
• Work your organized dashboard every day so the work stays clear, efficient, and under control
