Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Brandon, Florida is seeking a Sales Professional to join our vibrant retail team. You will help customers design outdoor living spaces and guide them through product selections in a fast-paced showroom environment.

This full-time position features a 40-hour week, M–S 10–7 and Sun 10–6, with uncapped commission on top of hourly pay. Training is provided to grow product knowledge and sales skills, with opportunities to advance within Florida’s longest-serving home furnishings

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Weekend/holiday availability.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Comfort with POS systems.
