Job summary

You’ll assist with billing inquiries, promote and upsell MaxxSouth products, process payments and verify field appointments, while maintaining accurate cash transactions.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our retail team. As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to residential customers. You’ll assist with billing inquiries, promote and sell MaxxSouth products and services, and help customers make informed decisions about their technology needs.

Positions available at several locations! Expected pay is $15-$16/hour including commission.
