What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers using various inbound systems
- Initiate and follow up on required actions in response to customer service change requests
- Communicate and collaborate closely with appropriate departmental personnel
- Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to enhance customer service efficiency
- Provide backup support to team members as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time
- Proficient computer skills
- Flexible schedule and availability for on-call shifts as needed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Knowledge of D365 and Five9 systems
- Experience with SAP
