Customer Support Representative (Remote)

As a Customer Support Representative, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to a request for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!

As a Customer Support Representative, you will

  • Professionally and quickly respond to inquiries and develop a positive working relationship with Customers, Operations and Vendors
  • Research, resolve and respond to customer and logs service issues within specified time period
  • Maintains and actively communicates current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
  • Uses industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer

About you

  • Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
  • Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
  • Experience with online support -online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting). I.e Concur
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
  • Displays a positive customer service attitude
  • Hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Service Representative II is between $47,000 and $57,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
