What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, edit, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers using various systems
- Initiate and follow up on actions required for customer service change requests
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with departmental personnel
- Recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the Customer Call Center
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain high standards of professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work on-call as needed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
