The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout their journey, from initial booking to post-trip follow-up. This remote role targets detail-oriented, service-driven professionals who enjoy hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this client-facing position, you will respond via phone, email, and messaging platforms; assist with luxury and leisure bookings; and coordinate itineraries to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-related roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
