This client-facing role requires empathy, reliability, and problem-solving in a hospitality-focused environment.

You will respond via phone, email, and messaging, assist with bookings and changes, provide destination information, and maintain accurate records in our booking platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
• Able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
