Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, managing changes and cancellations for luxury bookings, and providing destination information with a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
