You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, coordinate reservations, and proactively ensure client satisfaction in a fully remote environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
