Customer Service Representative - Remote

Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing Remote Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Agents will assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST and Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Technical, Equipment, and Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Broadband internet with minimum download speed of 40 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. No Satellite connections.
  • Ethernet cable access; Wi-Fi-only is prohibited.
  • Private, secure workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use computerized systems to gather information and respond to questions, document issues and resolutions, and escalate as necessary.
  • Successfully complete HCP and customer calls within established work hours.
  • Provide and act on performance feedback, learn new skills, and maintain cultural sensitivity.
  • Maintain professional interactions with HCPs, customers, and management, and meet or exceed performance goals.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of call center experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
